I’ve attempted to learn a second language several times in the past. My hard drive is littered with mp3 files of various languages. And yet, I’m trying it again.
Pimsleur has updated their French course. The two main updates I’ve noticed so far is that (1) the language has been modernized, and (2) reading is now part of the curriculum. However, the basis of the course has remained unchanged. Each lesson starts with a thirty minute audio lesson, with the course saying something and the student (me) responding. That thirty minute audio lesson correlates very well with my morning commute to work. And so I’m trying it out, again.
Let’s see what happens.
